Start with the note.
End up running the clinic on Claro.

See your patient the way you always have. Claro listens, and writes it up. The note is in your format, ready to sign by the time you look up. So are the letter, the plan and the follow-up.

01 The notes

One consult. Everything that follows.

The note, the letter, the plan, the consent, the next appointment. All out of one conversation, already attached to the patient. The writing up is finished, not started.

01

See your patient.

Talk to them the way you always have. Claro listens from your phone, tablet or laptop. Tells you apart from them, handles the noise, pauses when you do.

02

The note's waiting when you look up.

Your structure. Your sections. Your level of detail. Claro learns the shape of your notes, so you're not rebuilding it every time.

03

You read it. You sign it.

Nothing leaves your hands without your say-so. Edit any section, then approve. The letter, the plan and the follow-up are drafted from what you signed.

The documentation is drafted.
The medicine stays yours.

Claro drafts. You review, correct and approve. Claro doesn't diagnose and doesn't decide. Every note, letter and order is authored by the clinician who signs it. The full revision history is kept.

02 Where you work

Whichever screen
is nearest.

Start a consult on your phone, review the draft on a laptop, sign it on the iPad at the bench. One account, one set of notes, on every screen in the clinic.

03 The platform

Use as much of Claro as you want.

Start with the notes. Add the rest of the clinic when you're ready — nothing to migrate.

Just the notes

See your patient. Read the note. Sign it.

Unlimited notes, in your format, with your templates. The letters and documents come out of them.

The whole clinic

One place for all of it.

The patient, the bookings, the consent, the plan and the follow-up all sit with the note. Nothing to paste. Nothing to reconcile.

04 Your data

Onshore.

Hosted in the United States

Your records — and the AI that drafts them — stay on US infrastructure, in its own cloud account and region.

Your records are never held hostage

If a plan lapses the account goes read-only, not dark. Every record stays viewable and exportable. Permanently, at no cost.

Encrypted

Patient data is encrypted on the way to and from Claro, to current industry standards.

Auditable by default

Role-based access, and a trail on every record: who viewed it, who changed it, what it said before. The version you signed stays the version you signed.

Your BAA is part of signing up

Claro acts as your business associate under HIPAA. The agreement is in the terms you accept when you set up the clinic — not a document you have to chase.

06 Who builds it

Built by doctors who love medicine.

We're doctors. We love medicine. We don't love paperwork.

What we wanted was the time back — to practice, and to spend it with patients rather than writing about them afterwards.

07 Questions

Before you start.

What does it cost after the free trial?

Scribe is $149 a month for one practitioner, or $119 a month billed annually.

Clinic is $349 a month including your first practitioner, then $149 a month for each additional practitioner. Billed annually that's $289 plus $119 each.

Network is priced on the shape of the group — talk to us.

What exactly is in the free trial?

The full Clinic tier, for 30 days or 30 AI notes, whichever comes first. No sales call. With an invite code you're set up immediately.

What happens to my records if I stop paying?

The account becomes read-only. Every record stays viewable and exportable — permanently, at no cost.

Clinical records are yours — so they stay available to you whether or not you're still paying.

Where is my patient data stored?

In the United States. Your records — and the AI that drafts them — stay on US infrastructure, in its own cloud account and region.

Do I have to leave my current practice-management system?

No. Start with the notes and keep your existing system running for as long as you like.

Move the rest across when you're ready, or don't. Plenty of practitioners stay on the Scribe tier.

Does the AI make clinical decisions?

No. Claro drafts from what was said in the consult and hands it to you. Claro doesn't diagnose. Nothing is sent, ordered or filed until a clinician has read it and approved it.

The clinician who signs a note is its author. The revision history shows what changed between the draft and the signed version.

Which devices does Claro run on?

iPhone and iPad through the App Store, any modern browser on a desktop or laptop, and Android through the installable web app.

It's one account and one set of notes. Start a consult on a phone, review the draft on a laptop, sign it on an iPad — whichever is nearest.

Is there an Android app?

You can use Claro on Android today. The web app is built for phones and installs to your home screen straight from the browser — it opens full screen, and you get the whole clinical workflow, not a cut-down version.

A native Android app is in build and lands shortly. We're not making Android clinicians wait for it, and we're not asking anyone to switch phones to use Claro.

Just practice medicine.

Start with your next consult. Full access to the Clinic tier, free for 30 days or 30 AI notes. No waiting.

Cancel any time. Your records stay yours.
